History/ Mission/ Services and Investment OpportunitiesStredvey Construction Company, Inc. was incorporated in 1979 as Hywoods Construction. The company became Stredvey Construction in 1998 as an agreement with Hywoods Properties to dissuade confusion. During its 28 year history, the company has produced many satisfied clients. This success has al- lowed Stredvey to complete a long list of commercial, institutional, retail, and multi-family projects. 2002 involved a corporate restructuring of Stredvey to focus more energies and resources on the private sector, rather than public projects. Design/ Build and Negotiated contracts now play a major role in an increased volume of work due to a new Business Development/ Marketing Department. Our successes and growths materialize and continue to the present as proof of utilizing new ideas to reshape our Business Plan and the team work of dedicated personnel.
